It's wonderful. Love the private patios. It's very well taken care of too. We have been here for about 9 months now. The best place ever. No noise and the staff are amazing. I tell everyone who is looking for a place to live about Sandpiper and how wonderful it is to live here. Thank you so much for making us feel like a big family community.
They have 3 pools, a gym a playground, and a dog playground. They have wonderful staff and random events with chances to win prizes. The neighbors are very friendly and there's never a lot of noise.
